 How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks.

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.

Return and exchange policy

Orders for merchandise viewed through our E-commerce site
can be made on-line and payment made in the form of credit cards or debit cards.

Merchandise can be exchanged in person or by mail within thirty days and must be accompanied by receipt.
(We are not able to exchange or return sale or discounted merchandise.)
